I did a little redecorating of my blog last night....I think it looks a little cleaner and more pleasing to the eye, what do you think?
Now on to the post.....right now there are so many Valentine's pillows out there in blogland. So I received a couple of emails recently asking if I would show my Heart Valentine Pillow again. I made some a while back and sold them in my Etsy store. Here is the one I kept.

The fabric is a poplin from Rachel Ashwell
I made little pleats all around.
and a hidden zipper in the batten box part.
It has a coordinating fabric on the flip side.

I know sometimes when blogs are changed they are become confusing and you have to click two, three even four times to get to what you thought you wanted to see, sometimes I just give up. I am having issues right now with blogger making the words on my posts mash together. I am thinking I might need to pay someone to help me, but I really want to do it myself. I bought Karen Valentine's e-book to help me.
I am very impressed with both the pleats AND the zipper! Do you know I've NEVER made anything with a zipper. Frankly the thought of having to do a zipper scares me. Don't know why. Seems complicated I guess. I flunked Home Ec by the way.
